The Wildcare Helpline is owned by the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions and managed by WA Wildlife. Are you passionate about wildlife conservation and want to make a difference in your local community but not necessarily work directly with wildlife? Join our team as a call centre volunteer and help us to provide advice and support to members of the public who have found sick or injured wildlife.

The Historical Society members are the Volunteer custodians and Guides of the Azelia Ley Homestead Museum and Wagonhouse museum, on roster for Sunday opening 1.30-4.30pm, and supervising the Museums for booked tours and school excursions, as they occur (Mon-Wed).

WA Wildlife's Rehabilitation Ward program is for anyone interested in rehabilitating wildlife (there are no pre-requisites). Rehabilitation volunteers need to attend a minimum of one shift per week (8.30am - 2.30pm or 2.30pm - 8.30pm). Volunteers will work under the guidance of the Rehabilitation Coordinator and/or an experienced volunteer.
