for St. John Ambulance - Esperance - Emergency Response
St John's Phone Coordinators work as part of a rostered team. While on shift, Phone Coordinators are responsible for dispatching the local volunteer ambulance crew as required. Phone Coordinators do not take 000 calls, but are contacted by the central St John's Communications Team with relevant information for incidents.
