About this opportunity

Being a Digital Mentor is about inspiring people to try using digital technology and supporting them through their first steps using computers, mobile devices, and the internet.

Training is provided, though a basic-to-medium level of digital literacy will be required in order to properly assist with the variety of requests digital mentors are faced with as part of this role.
