The Monsignor Hawes Museum Attendant will engage with visitors to help them appreciate the wonderful story of Monsignor John Cyril Hawes and to take the opportunity to visit the many places he built in the Midwest and Gascoyne region of WA.

Volunteers required to assist with the day to day running of a unique Museum and Historical Society. Kitchen staff required to assist with service of Devonshire Teas and light Lunches (eg. sandwiches/quiche/chicken and salads) as requested for small group bookings. Live on-site at the Women's Museum of Australia within the secure walls of the heritage-listed Old Alice Springs Gaol! You must have own caravan, (max 2.9m in height) with own shower and toilet. In exchange, we ask for 6 hours on a Saturday and 6 hours on a Sunday and a few hours per week of general light maintenance duties and roster cover when needed with two days per week off, usually Tuesday and Wednesday.
