Redland Community Centre is seeking Volunteers for in Emergency Relief (ER) for our Capalaba & Wynnum facilities. Volunteers will help assist in providing crisis services to our vulnerable community members.

Approved volunteers agree to provide mentoring and friendship to a young person between the ages of 7 and 17. They commit to spending quality time with a carefully selected young person from a vulnerable or disadvantaged background for approximately 2 hours per fortnight for a period of 12 months. You will not be sitting in an office all day but going out to meet mentees.

Monitor Government allocated emergency frequencies on CB radio and referral to appropriate emergency service. Attend required triathlons.
