About this opportunity

Provide leadership and practical guidance to business unit management teams to ensure best practices across the Company.

Perform internal audits and inspections to ensure the successful implementation and continuous improvement of our process and systems, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and controls are in place to manage risk.

Prepare weekly performance reports for your business unit/s; identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement of performance.

Oversee recruitment and induction for the business unit/s to ensure the company recruits high-quality people who are aligned with our project deliverables.

Support a working environment where people feel engaged, recognised and valued.

Complete improvement projects in consultation with the People and Culture team/leadership and operational personnel.

Provide coaching to employees and leaders in the implementation and management of people & culture and training systems.

Provide people & culture technical advice, including subject matter expertise in assigned areas of responsibility.

Identify, mitigate and escalate, document and close compliance-related issues/risks where appropriate

Developing compliance communications.
