As Deputy Assistant Chief Commissioner Program Support your role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of the program to youth members. The Pilbara RYDE Program provides young people (16-25 years) who live, work or study in the City of Karratha with the opportunity to complete their 50 hours of supervised driving with a Volunteer Driving Mentor. Volunteering as a Driving Mentor may offer a rewarding experience through sharing tangible skills which serve to directly assist disadvantaged young people.

Volunteer Driving Mentors are required to supervise 16 to 24 Year olds to gain their 100 hours required for them to get their P Licence. Supervisor training and vehicles supplied. Working with disengaged youth with experience of limited adult support network.
