Driving Mentor
About this opportunity
Operating with several partners from local youth organisations, the City of Mandurah and Peel Volunteer Resource Centre, the Mandurah RYDE program provides young people without access to an appropriate vehicle and suitable supervisory person the opportunity to complete their 50 hours of required supervised driving.
As a mentor, you will need to undertake a driving session with a RYDE nominated driving school.
Auto & Manual Vehicles are supplied.

Driver's Licence (C) . Driver's Licence . National Police Certificate *. Traffic Check *. Working with Children Check *.
Meet the basic criteria to supervise a Learner driver - hold a full current driver's license for at least 4 years. Excellent communication skills. Ability to follow all policies and procedures. Attend all mentor training sessions. Ability to relate well with young people and be non judgemental.
