The secretary is responsible for the documentation and communication of the activities within the FAR Committee. The secretary is the primary administration officer of the Committee and provides the links between the Committee, members and outside agencies. Amongst the Secretary's tasks are to prepare agendas, prepare and distribute minutes, and manage both ingoing and outgoing communication.

We are looking for non alcoholic (Class A) Trustees to join the General Service Board of Alcoholics Anonymous Australia. A Trustees can be located anywhere in Australia. This organisation has evolved over the years and is representing the Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS) sector as a peak body in the state.

The Policy Writer is member of the SOWFI Governance and Policy Sub-Committee. The position works together with the Sub-Committee and the Board Secretary to support the preparation of both internal and public facing documents, including organisational policies, public facing position statements, responses to government inquiries, and other documents which advocate for the conservation, rescue and rehabilitation of native wildlife in line with SOWFI’s objectives.

This is an important administrative role to support our Board Members. We are seeking expressions of interest from people with good time management, experienced in administrative roles and keen to support the leadership team of Save Our Wildlife Foundation Inc. (SOWFI) and our wildlife. This role could be 3-5 hours a week.
