Do you want to make a difference? Do you enjoy interacting with older people and getting to know them through friendly chats? We are looking for experienced volunteers to become Volunteer Visitors and regularly visit with lonely elderly people living in an Aged Care homes in the Morningside area. Baabayn is having a Pampering Day in May. We would like to give the Elders a relaxing and healing day by providing them with a facial massage and/or a hand massage.

Assist with the delivery of a program that creates a space for patrons to be creative or work on craft activities using various equipment such as a sewing machine and a Cricut vinyl cutter.

Customer service and retail attendant for art gallery, required for a few hours a day and a few days each week. A knowledge of local artists would be an advantage, or ability to familiarise yourself with the local artists.

Be the first contact Visitors and Guests meet at the Museum. Answer the Telephone, transfer calls, answer enquiries about the museum. Training will be provided. Responsible for the sale of CDs, stock and payments. Requirements are: Computer literate in Microsoft Office Tools, Salesforce experience (or equivalent) an advantage. Experience in customer service is a priority.

Volunteers are required to assist in the setting up and running of artists' exhibitions. Duties would include setting up of tables and chairs, distribution of food and drinks - RSA qualifications are desirable, making sales and some light cleaning. At the end of the Exhibition help with the removal and packaging of the artworks.

Responsible the safety of patrons, assisting with front of house activities, greeting patrons and collecting, and checking tickets, assisting patrons with seating arrangements and assist with the cleanliness of cinema and surrounds.
