About this opportunity

Set on a high bank overlooking the fertile flats of the Murray River, Old Blythewood overlooks the fertile flats of the Murray River and is a testament to the industry, ingenuity and flexibility of the pioneering McLarty family.

Your duties will be to to open the house at weekends, collect admission fees, welcome our visitors and show them around the house and garden giving them the history of the property.

This position also gives you the opportunity to undertake training in museum studies.


Additional requirements

Driver's Licence (C) . National Police Certificate *.

Good people skills. An interest in local history. Ability to work alone without supervision. .

10.30am-3.30pm Saturday or 12.30pm-3.30pm Sunday
