We are on the search for Creative Mentors to participate in our 2024 Program! You will have the opportunity to work with young individuals (aged 9 - 13) and assist them in building more confidence and self esteem, achieve goals and be a positive role model. Not to mention help them create an awesome artistic piece to be exhibited at the completion of the program!

As the Volunteer and Staff Coordinator for the Big Love Festival 2024 (Chenrezig Institute 26-28th September 2024), you’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing volunteers and staff to support the successful execution of the event. You’ll ensure all festival volunteers and staff are equipped with the necessary resources and information to fulfil their roles effectively, contributing to a positive and memorable experience for festival attendees.

As the Marketing Manager for the Big Love Festival (Chenrezig Institute, 26-28th September 2024) you will play a vital role in driving ongoing ticket sales through festival promotion and brand awareness through multiple platforms/marketing/communication methods. Branding has already been developed, some early marketing has already begun and tickets are already selling. This role begins asap until end September, following festival wrap up and lessons learnt are documented for future festivals.

Cinemallunga is a non for profit organisation providing Community Cinema events, show casing feature films, with the emphasis on fun & frivolity. Audience participation is highly encouraged. The shows take place every two months & moviegoers are encouraged to dress up, and get into the spirit of the “shenanigans” that go along with the movie’s theme. From stacking chairs to exotic dancing!! There is something for everyone.

We need people who knit, crochet or sew who would like to make items for us to sell in our shop. All the proceeds support hospital initiatives. This would largely be a role that you do in your home but we will show our gratitude by making you part of the volunteer family.

We require an Installation Assistant to assist with upcoming events to handle all sizes and types of art. Prior experience with hand tools is a definite bonus. This is a hands on and rewarding role for the right candidate.

Sort out donations to St Marys Op Shop 2 days a week. Sort through boxes in the shed and categorise and grade items. This work helps us look after people in need in our community.

The Jetty relies on the assistance of our wonderful volunteers to greet visitors and provide advice on the array of experiences on offer. Jetty Hosts get to meet people from all around the world at one of the most iconic and beautiful attractions in Western Australia. It provides a great sense of community and many new friendships are made.

Would you enjoy assisting to maintain property within a significant native garden area of Geelong's award winning Aboriginal Cultural Centre. Of course, you will need to put up with our friendly Kangaroos and Wallabies who will pester you for food.
