As the Learning and development Officer you will be responsible for developing and implementing a program of work aligned to the G2K’s Training Strategy and Plan to build best practice in training and competency. Help our clients to maintain their health and wellbeing in a supportive environment by driving them to and from local appointments using an IPC Health fleet car.

You will work closely with the RFDS team to source high value prizes for upcoming beneficiary event scheduled for June 2024. You'll need great communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and attention to detail. Your tasks include researching potential donors, reaching out to businesses and individuals for donations, and keeping careful records of everything. Your work directly support the Flying Doctor in supporting vital healthcare services to rural, remote and regional areas.
