We are looking for an executive assistant to be the supportive force that empowers our senior leadership. You will preferably have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties and providing support to management. This role has a focus on creating innovative digital experiences, incorporating visual and interaction design to help deliver an exceptional experience and work on existing and new features, and the evolution of our web, app and other company wide visual assets. Working closely with architects, front-end developers and back-end developers, leveraging your knowledge and experience to design solutions which meet the needs of our end users.

An exciting opportunity exists for you to volunteer to assist us in running a Road Safety Program called ‘bstreetsmart’ at Qudos Bank Arena from 20-22 August 2024. Year 10 to 12 school students aged 16 –18 will attend the event with the aim to decrease road trauma in this age group. Volunteers will be required for ushering, crowd management, information relay, and safety officers

Maroondah Winter Shelter provides a safe and warm place for homeless males to stay overnight during the winter months, 7 nights per week. Home cooked meals are provided. As a volunteer you would be making a difference to the lives of those who have been sleeping rough. Being able to listen, show care and treat our guests with dignity and compassion is what we ask for.

Can you help to heat up meals, serve meals or do dishes? Chat with guests and share a meal with them. Our guests are isolated or financially disadvantaged people who need some extra support with meals and being with community.
