About Historic Ketch Falie

The Historic Ketch Falie is a non-for-profit organization that preserves and maintain one of South Australia most iconic Historical Vessel the Falie. The vessel is a museum of Maritime history proving a hands-on experience and representation of sea going life. The Falie has many stories to tell through educational engagement and nurtured into her old age by dedicated volunteers.
We are looking for persons to join our small but mighty team of dedicated volunteers to help preserve this Historic Vessel. The Falie has a history that dates back a hundred years including her service during WW2 and has a long history in serving this state with goods by sea.
We are looking for volunteers with a motivated hands-on approach to maintain this unique vessel into the future.
The role of a Volunteer Maintenance crew member will support the team at the Historic Ketch Falie, by assisting with a wide range of important maintenance and restoration tasks, working with our crew 1-2 days per week (Wednesdays and Thursdays weekly
