Gracehaven is an aged care facility situated in the heart of the thriving coastal town of Rockingham, south of Perth. Caring and compassionate people are required to assist with many activities within the aged care facility; these include Bingo, outings, pampering, sports groups and general social conversation.

Chorus volunteers work alongside team members, seniors, those living with disability or on the mental health recovery journey. Many customers are socially isolated and volunteering your time helps people connect in the community.
