Wildlife Rescue Australia (WRA) is a not-for-profit voluntary association, operating throughout Australia and staffed exclusively by home-based volunteers. It is dedicated to the rescue of Australian native animals, including birds and reptiles. WRA operates a national 24/7 emergency call centre for the rescue of native wildlife.

These are all groups with a therapeutic angle (eg men's & women's support groups, artistic expression opportunity groups like open mic nights, kids breakfast club or after-school safe spaces.
