Our Social Support Program is designed to enhance a participant's independence by promoting physical activity, cognitive stimulation, good nutrition, emotional well-being, and social stimulation.

Key duties can include the following, assisting our Activity Officers with activities, assistance with preparing meals, serving of meals, general kitchen duties, becoming a bus host on our Community Transport bus, which would involve transporting clients to and from Centre. It combines multicultural performances, rides, great food and diverse stalls. We are looking for a team of amazing volunteers to assist with the set-up/down and running of this exciting event in the Inala community! We would love for you to be part of the event.

We welcome a range of musical styles, from classical, jazz, country, rock'n'roll and popular hits from the 1930's onwards. As you volunteer sing, play and perform, you'll be providing a great live music experience for elderly people living at HammondCare in Horsley.

As you visit and spend time with the elderly residents in our Aged Care Home in Scone, you'll pamper people by providing a gentle hand massage or nail care, such as filing or nail polish (no cutting).
