Inala Multicultural Festival - Event Assistant

The Inala Multicultural Festival is a FREE one-day-only event, available to families in our local community and surrounding areas. It combines multicultural performances, rides, great food and diverse stalls. The event is run by Inala Community House and will be held at the Dogs Queensland Showground in Durack.
The opportunity: With large crowds expected to attend, Inala Community House is looking for a team of volunteers to assist on the day. Multiple shifts are available with options from early morning set up, event assistance and afternoon pack down. All volunteers will be welcome to enjoy the event around their shift requirements. **As a thank you, Inala Community House can provide written references, outlining involvement after the event. ** Location: Dogs Queensland Showground, 247 King Ave, Durack QLD 4077 Date & Times: Tuesday 25th June, Between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
About us: The Inala Multicultural Festival is run by Inala Community House. Inala Community House (ICH) is a non-profit, non-government organisation providing high-quality responsive services and activities to benefit individuals, families and communities in Inala and surrounding areas of Queensland, Australia. ICH was originally established in 1966 to improve the life and development of families within the Inala community. Over the past 50 years, ICH has developed to meet the growing needs of the community and service the greater Brisbane areas with innovative services and programs. The Inala Multicultural Festival is one of our initiatives to support and enhance the lives of the community and greater region.
Additional requirements
