The Customer Service role has two components - Ticket Sales and Souvenir Sales. Previous sales and customer service, cash register and EFTPOS terminal experience would be well regarded, but not essential. On the job training will be provided.

Front of House Volunteers provide a warm and friendly welcome for visitors to the Museum and also play a valuable role in maintaining Museum security during opening hours.
