We are seeking expressions of interest from enthusiastic individuals volunteers with a range of interests and life experiences who want to make a difference and be involved in an extremely fulfilling community role. Preference would be given to people living in the Corio or surrounding area.

The Hopewell Centre is currently recruiting volunteers to assist across a number of our programs, including gardeners and entertainers.

As a volunteer you have the opportunity to make a difference by: - Short term help for the individual person or family could be in the form of food from our pantry and assistance with rent and bills. - Our members and volunteers delve deeper and build trusting relationships with the people we assist, uncovering the longer-term help that may be required. This is often done through actively listening, sharing stories and responding with assistance such as budget counselling.

Join Makerspace Adelaide and help us create an inclusive, resilient and sustainable community by providing an engaging space that fosters connections and inspires making. Work in our small Operations Team and help manage our group of volunteers. You'll help train and on-board new volunteers, organise social events and create our roster.

The Vinnies Support Centre is a client support and referral centre with emergency assistance (Monday – Friday), reception and client support volunteers all trained to engage with people experiencing disadvantage and address requests for assistance professionally.
