Want hands-on work that actually helps the environment? We grow local native (indigenous) plants from seed or cuttings for revegetation projects or local gardens. Our retail area is open to the public for plant sales. More indigenous plants in gardens and larger revegetation projects provide habitat for native animals, birds and insects, and reduce species loss. We rely on volunteers but lockdowns hit us hard. Please help us get back to the thriving nursery from before the pandemic!

RDA is a voluntary organisation providing equine-assisted activities for people with disabilities to develop and enhance abilities through programs such as riding, dressage and carriage driving. We are a small neighbourhood centre based in an old housing commission house with some lovely hedges and gardens that need some tendering every now and then.
