Hi There We are seeking volunteer staff to help out at our ADRA Op Shop Morisset. This is ADRA's largest shop. At our shop we aim to create a loving and inclusive environment. It is a place where you can volunteer anything from a few hours to a day once a week. We have a variety of jobs that include sorting inwards goods, check out operators, art lovers, furniture & book departments. We would also welcome tradesmen and gardening volunteer. More indigenous plants in gardens and larger revegetation projects provide habitat for native animals, birds and insects, and reduce species loss. We rely on volunteers but lockdowns hit us hard. Please help us get back to the thriving nursery from before the pandemic!

RDA is a voluntary organisation providing equine-assisted activities for people with disabilities to develop and enhance abilities through programs such as riding, dressage and carriage driving. Horses provide vital mental and physical stimulation for our disabled participants, improving their confidence, increasing their autonomy and delivering immeasurable amounts of pleasure. There are many and varied opportunities for volunteers at our centre.

Join the 'Friends of Currimundi Lake' volunteer group and help the local Rangers control invasive weeds in this small remnant of wallum heath on the Sunshine Coast. Tasks typically include manual weed removal and with the occasional opportunity to assist with revegetation, rubbish collection and minor maintenance of the Heath circuit walking track.

Diamond In The Ruff Rescue is a Rehoming Organisation with an all-time high number of animals in care. The high numbers multiply the tasks at hand and your help is needed more than ever!

We need a handy person with a green thumb to maintain our facilities here at Gailes Community House. We are a small neighbourhood centre based in an old housing commission house with some lovely hedges and gardens that need some tendering every now and then. The gardens make Gailes Community House a welcoming space. We also have occasional maintenance tasks such as hanging pictures, fixing cupboards, tables etc.
