The volunteers will carry out a range of activities designed to support patients and their visitors during their stay at the hospital. Come along to our Play and Learn Playgroup at Moorditj Kulungar Kwinana. This session provides learning through play opportunities and a safe space for children and families to connect. The Playgroup is for children aged 0 – 4 years led by our Aboriginal Resource Worker, we provide opportunities for Aboriginal families who visit us to learn about the first 3 years of a child’s life and prepare them for school.

Would you like to share your musical talent with an appreciative audience? Hollywood Private Hospital is seeking experienced musicians to play your instrument in the hospital wards and waiting areas to enhance the patient experience and brighten everyone's day around the hospital.

Opportunity to use your musical skills and passion for the joy of patients. Musicians required to volunteer at St John of God Hospital. Working under the resident Music Therapist, you will create musical moments for patients. This could be by way of singing songs with or without musical accompaniment (instruments need to be portable and suitable for a hospital environment). We strongly recommend that you have at least 3 COVID vaccinations and the annual flu vaccination.
