Do you enjoy meeting new people? We are seeking a volunteer one day a week (with preference for Wednesdays from 10:00am – 2:00pm) to be the first point of contact for our front reception, by meeting and greeting visitors into our Kooyong centre at Vision Australia. After settling into the role, there is flexibility for other half day shifts for e.g. 9:00am – 1:00pm or 1:00 – 4:30pm from Monday to Friday.

We have a male client in Ormond who loves to chat about ideas, books, music and national and international affairs. Our Client is well read and loves listening to music, and he would love to spend an hour a fortnight with a volunteer with whom he can chat over a coffee or go for a gentle walk. If you are able to commit to weekly or fortnightly visits (weekends are fine), and can easily visit Ormond (next to Caulfield), please express interest below!!

The City of Boroondara Volunteer Transport team are urgently seeking drivers for 1 or more days a week between 8.30am and 5pm. All available days welcome but especially looking for availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays. You will assist our aged residents to commute to appointments predominantly in the eastern suburbs but also including major hospitals within the central business district.
