Volunteer Transport Driver

The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising on behalf of the City of Boroondara Volunteer Transport Program.
If you have a full driver's licence and would like to help aged residents in the community, we have the opportunity for you.
The City of Boroondara Volunteer Transport team are urgently seeking drivers for 1 or more days a week between 8.30am and 5pm. All available days welcome but especially looking for availability on a Wednesdays and Thursdays. You will assist our aged residents to commute to appointments predominantly in the eastern suburbs but also including major hospitals within the central business district.
COVID protocols are in place so drivers would be supplied with RAT tests, masks and sanitiser to use on days they are volunteering.
Requirements:
- full driver's licence
- comprehensive car insurance
- up to date COVID vaccinations
Note: A City of Boroondara vehicle may be available

Covid-19 vaccination . Driver's Licence (C) . National Police Certificate *.
Note: National Police Checks are undertaken 3 yearly and a full drivers licence is required.
