Uniting's Emergency Relief services have opportunities within their dedicated teams. The roles includes packing and distribution of food, initial eligibility interviews, entry of data, and maintaining the work environment. 1-2 shifts per week, 9am-1pm weekdays.

The role of Emergency Relief Volunteers is designed to provide valuable assistance to Council Officers in the set-up and smooth operation of the Emergency Relief Centre which aims to support community members who may be affected by an emergency. We have several projects that are nearing their completion or have reached them, and we have suffered a drain on staff due to non work-related reasons.
