HBF Run for a Reason: Sunday 19 May 2024 - Volunteers Needed Cancer Council WA is once again listed as a proud Hero Charity for Perth's biggest annual fitness challenge. We are seeking volunteers to assist at our Aid Station, ensuring participants stay hydrated for the day while they run or walk their way to the finish line.

JDRF's prestigious Blue Tie Ball is taking place on Saturday 15 June, 2024 from 6.00pm - 12:00am at The Westin Perth. We are on the lookout for volunteers to help on the night and experience one of the best fundraising events in Perth. SchoolKits for Congo seeks Practicing Teachers to engage their own classes in rewarding student-scaled global giving, and to give feedback on our program and communications as they develop. The project serves mothers and school children in Congo who would otherwise be living in absolute poverty.

SchoolKits for Congo seek Student Advocates to invite their own school communities to engage in meaningful and rewarding global giving. Advocates will present the program to decision-makers, show them the positive impact that involvement can have on both givers and receivers, and connect them with the resources necessary to complete the first gift cycle. Advocates may also assist with local publicity for the event. Advocates may be current school students or recent graduates.
