Breastfeeding counsellors are trained volunteers who offer breastfeeding information and mother-to-mother support to women whose babies are breastfeeding and to their families. Their area of expertise is breastfeeding support. The counsellors have to have breastfed at least one baby for a minimum of 6 months and hold a current Certificate IV in Breastfeeding Education (Counselling) (or equivalent) and have to complete ongoing training to up d ate their knowledge and skills.

The co-facilitator for the Let's Taco About It Pain Support Group must be aged between 18 & 25, live with chronic pain and be comfortable connecting with other young people online. The Tacos is a safe space for young people, helping participants to share their experiences of living with chronic pain, promoting self-management techniques, reducing isolation and assisting with health system navigation.
