You will be matched with families and tasks based on your experience, skills and interests and the family’s needs. We would like you to commit for 12 months and to be flexible when volunteering. Connect And Nurture is an in-home support program for new parents with children aged between 0 and 3. We are looking for generous volunteers who are willing to visit a family for up to 2 hours a week at their home. You may sit with with the mother, share a cup of tea and provide a non judgemental listening ear. You may also engage with their child(ren) and be the difference in a mother's life where they transition to having a child or multiple children.

As a Toy Librarian you will be required to oversee the borrowing and returning of toys, ensuring they are maintained in good condition and working order e.g. cleaning, changing batteries etc and assisting with the general 'smooth running' of the Library.
