Dedicate 4 hours a week from home, providing compassionate phone support to caregivers and the bereaved. Violet Guides deliver this support over the phone, at no cost to the carer. Provide Psychological First Aid to individuals and communities affected by Emergency and disaster events. Provide a listening ear and compassionate care to assist them to recover from the trauma they have been though.

The Jetty relies on the assistance of our wonderful volunteers to greet visitors and provide advice on the array of experiences on offer. Jetty Hosts get to meet people from all around the world at one of the most iconic and beautiful attractions in Western Australia. It provides a great sense of community and many new friendships are made.

Seeking flexible, patient and reliable volunteers to mentor young people aged between 11 to 17, through engaging in negotiated recreational activities for a couple of hours per fortnight. Activities may include walking in the park, visiting the local library, attending festivals, playing sports, cooking or going for a drive together.

Volunteers are required to assist in the cafe and shop at the Great Stupa
