Settlement Support Volunteer will provide hands-on, practical assistance to newly arrived refugee families in their initial settlement so that they become familiar with essential services and learn about daily life in Australia.

Do you enjoy meeting new people? We are seeking a volunteer one day a week (with preference for Wednesdays from 10:00am – 2:00pm) to be the first point of contact for our front reception, by meeting and greeting visitors into our Kooyong centre at Vision Australia. We are on the lookout for people who are interested in volunteering at our specialised Library. This is a great opportunity for tech-minded people and also those with library backgrounds to learn about cassette audio restoration, editing, and producing talking books for people with print disabilities.
