It combines multicultural performances, rides, great food and diverse stalls. In this volunteer role, you will be the face of the organization and the first point of contact for our families, volunteers, donors and visitors who walk through our doors during weekend hours and provide support in the event of an emergency. You will ensure efficiency of House operations at weekends, with 3 different 4 hour shifts available between 8am - 8pm.

The role of a playgroup volunteer is to support the leader who runs the group. It involves set up, pack up, helping to run free play, mat time, arts and craft, snack and outdoor play. It’s an opportunity to support families in the community who have young children and to encourage them to be meaningfully engaged in activities that help with their development.

Come along to our Play and Learn Playgroup at Moorditj Kulungar Kwinana. This session provides learning through play opportunities and a safe space for children and families to connect. The Playgroup is for children aged 0 – 4 years led by our Aboriginal Resource Worker, we provide opportunities for Aboriginal families who visit us to learn about the first 3 years of a child’s life and prepare them for school.
