This role is ideally suited to individuals who are able to visit during day-time hours or late afternoons and who can make a commitment of two years. Training will be provided to support you in the role.

Friends of Memorial Park and Allambie Park Cemeteries are looking for new members to assist them with their mission. Interested people could be involved in various activities from compiling guides, arranging guided tours, helping maintain the website or helping raise funds. Two positions on the Albany Cemetery Board are available to be filled. The positions, which are for 5 year terms and commence on 1 July 2021. The Board is responsible for the care, control & management of the Albany Cemetery and members are required to attend Board meetings and to be active & willing to participate in Board projects and decisions.
