About this opportunity

Skills required

  • Assist the team in welcoming visitors and volunteers
  • Respond to and sign in/out of visitors and clients attending the vessel,
  • Respond to telephone and email enquiries about the Falie
  • Directing to the relevant area or providing general information as appropriate.
  • General administrative duties such as printing, laminating, digital filing, record keeping, document creation.
  • Liaison with department and Falie Crew
  • Management of Supply and demand request of material required by Crew
  • Completing other relevant duties as requested.
  • Liasing with government agency and owners.
  • Corporate Governance Accounting

The successful applicant will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite and other computer software systems.
  • Experience in a similar reception / customer service role (highly desirable).
  • Self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work autonomous.
  • Team player, with a willingness to learn new things.

This is a longer-term volunteering role, and the applicant must be comfortable with technology and learning new systems. An opportunity to work in a diverse and wide range of unique workplace environment.


Additional requirements

Time Required

The volunteer crew meet two days a week, Wednesday and Thursday 08.30 - 12.30.
