Bayside Community Emergency Relief (BCER) is a 100% volunteer run, community driven charity. Our mission is to empower people experiencing hardship and tragedy by providing requested emergency aid supplies when a disaster arises. BCNA's My Care Kit is for women who have recently had breast cancer surgery. Thanks to support from Berlei, BCNA supplies specially designed Berlei bras and soft forms to those women free of charge. Researchers at NeuRA and UNSW are recruiting for a study to determine if Virtual Reality Walking is effective as a treatment for complete Spinal Cord Injury neuropathic pain. The treatment is home-based so people living anywhere in Australia can participate. Participants can receive a total of $200 for completing all trial activities. All VR equipment is provided!
