The Sea Turtle Foundation Limited, a company limited by guarantee, is a well-established not-for-profit organisation (founded in 2001) committed to ensuring global sea turtle populations increase. The current Chair, since 2020, has taken the organisation through a period of transformation and growth. The established Board is looking to appoint an experienced Chair to lead the organisation and Board of Directors when the current Chair steps down around June 2024.

We are looking for a Marketing Guru to volunteer for Mind for Life! The role will involve ensuring that our website, social media and online presence is up to date and reflective of the organisation's current duties. Mind for Life aims to help those in need, whether physical or mental health, and extends its reach to a wide range of communities. We have a vast array of volunteers who help carry out the duties of the organisation.

You will be driving our manual utility (ute) and automatic FUSO truck (open licence required) to pick up donated goods from the community, deliver goods to customer’s homes, deliver/pickup stock to/from our other Op Shops, take rubbish and unsaleable items to the local tip, load/unload the ute/truck as well as other related tasks.

Volunteers are needed for a project to regenerate a severely degraded section of Lane Cove National Park. This work site is accessed through the locked gate on Pittwater Rd East Ryde just south of the Rene Street roundabout. The work will benefit the local flora and fauna and the walkers using the Great North Walk. No experience needed and all are welcome and a qualified bushregenaeration trainer will assist the group for the first seven months.

The work involves weeding and watching the native bush recover. We meet every Saturday morning 8.00am to 10:30am and are supported Lane Cove National Park. This group meets at the reserve entry point to the trail at 201 Pittwater Road, East Ryde. The group meets every Monday and Saturday 8:00am to 10:30am; volunteers can come to both or either day. Our Pathfinders are RMHC WA advocates across King Edward Memorial Hospital. They support patients and visitors to the hospital and provide assistance to hospital staff, clinics and wards.
