In this program the person with Down syndrome will be matched with a volunteer partner. Together they will exercise at their local gym, fitness centre or health club. The program runs for 10 weeks per term and participants go to the gym together once a week followed by a meal with other participants and volunteers.

As well as information and advice, therapy and equipment, we provide family activities to enable families to get out of their home and meet other families.
