We need people over the age of 18 or over to spend time with widow's of veterans. This is an opportunity to have a social connection with someone who is at risk of social isolation and loneliness. SisterWorks is a partner of UN Women, to deliver UN Women’ Second Chance Education pilot project in Australia. SisterWorks provides training programs to the most vulnerable women with little English of refugee and migrant backgrounds. As a Sewing Teacher, you will be working in the SisterWorks design lab, empowering women by coordinating their sewing classes and teaching new skills.
