As a Volunteer Grant Writer for Santa Paws, you will play a critical role in securing funding from grants to support our mission of rescuing and rehoming dogs in need. Your expertise in researching grant opportunities, writing compelling proposals, and building relationships with funders will help us raise the necessary funds to make our event a success and continue our lifesaving work.

RDA is a voluntary organisation providing equine-assisted activities for people with disabilities to develop and enhance abilities through programs such as riding, dressage and carriage driving. This dynamic team install wildlife and possum boxes for our Wildlife Carers. The boxes in which we release our wildlife / possums are made of 19mm pine to provide the best insulation during our hotter summers but are therefore 6.5kg plus wildlife weight (up to 2kg). Ladders and harnesses are used to ensure safety for our installation team and training in best practice WH&S is also provided.

This is an important administrative role to support our Board Members. We are seeking expressions of interest from people with good time management, experienced in administrative roles and keen to support the leadership team of Save Our Wildlife Foundation Inc. (SOWFI) and our wildlife. This role could be 3-5 hours a week.

The volunteers assist riders with leading horses or walking along side riders/horses during their classes. All classes are designed and controlled by our qualified coach.
