The Tailem Bend Community Centre (TBCC), Murray Mallee Community Passenger Network (MMCPN), is urgently seeking volunteer drivers in the Murray Mallee to provide vital medical and social transport to community members in need.

Wetlands are a powerful ally in tackling climate change by capturing blue carbon, protecting our coasts from wild weather events, and cleaning our water. They’re also vital to tackling the decline in biodiversity as well. Unfortunately, only 5% of Australia’s Wetlands remain – it’s time to invest in nature-based solutions to these challenges.

As an orginisation the Historic Ketch Falie requires a committee to maintain the orginisation and require a succession plan of recruitment to go forward into the future.

Friends of Point Peron is a small group of caring local volunteers who are helping Parks and Wildlife staff look after Cape Peron following the dumping of the Mangles Bay Marina on planning, not environmental, grounds. We grow seedlings from local native seed, plant them and tend them and deal with weeds. We'd love to have your help as often as you are free.
