Landcare Volunteer
About this opportunity
We do a range of things from collecting seeds, growing seedlings, planting them, pulling out weeds, watching birds and generally loving and looking after the remnant bush. We usually work Sunday mornings and Thursday afternoons: Join us when you like, do what you want and leave when you’ve had enough.
Additional requirements
Interest in local natural environment and heritage, reasonable mobility. Attend induction and complete registration including OH&S. Fill in time sheet every day, willing to follow instructions for planting various species.
Volunteers under 14 will need to bring their own adult supervision.
As much time as you can give, to be arranged with the Convenor. Stay as long as you want and do as much or as little as you’d like.
