Wesley Mission Queensland’s Elorac Place Community Centre is looking for volunteer Kids Club Activity Assistants to help set up the Kids Club program and facilitate activities to make it a fun and safe space for those attending the centre on Wednesdays between 2.00pm to 4.00pm.

Join our fun-loving team at Cairns Children’s Museum (CCM) - Our playologists (facilitators) need your assistance to deliver exciting, interactive, hands-on programs to schools, day cares, kindies and OSHCs (outside-of-school-hour-care) across the Cairns Region.

We are in need of volunteers who are keen to become radio broadcasters for the community radio. If you are not confident of broadcasting - then there are various other opportunities available including - Research, Event Management, Technical Skills, Admin support and Volunteer coordination.

Come along to our Play and Learn Playgroup at Moorditj Kulungar Kwinana. This session provides learning through play opportunities and a safe space for children and families to connect. The Playgroup is for children aged 0 – 4 years led by our Aboriginal Resource Worker, we provide opportunities for Aboriginal families who visit us to learn about the first 3 years of a child’s life and prepare them for school.

Join us for a wonderful time of singing, dancing and learning with kids, parents alike. If you have an energetic personality and enjoy engaging with children this is the volunteer role for you!

A one-year commitment a required, consisting of a weekly 2.5 - 3 hour shift. The 'FSH' team has an awesome play-room for group games, brings smiles to children on the ward and in ED, and collaborates with Murdoch's team for awesome catch-ups!
