Club21 goes out on weekends and does fun, social activities together: going out for lunch, singing Karaoke, watching a show. We are looking for volunteers to support the Club21 social group

Volunteer to support people with Down syndrome in a fun exercise program: FitSkills FitSkills is an evidence-based physical activity program for people with Down syndrome. In this program the person with Down syndrome will be matched with a volunteer partner. The program runs throughout the term and participants go to the gym together with their matched volunteer once a week followed by a meal with other participants and volunteers.
