The Friends of the PMI work as a close-knit team and are responsible for managing our book sale and history showcase, shelving returned books, running family history workshops and our book club.

Bayside Community Emergency Relief (BCER) is a 100% volunteer run, community driven charity. Our mission is to empower people experiencing hardship and tragedy by providing requested emergency aid supplies when a disaster arises. Ideally based in Bayside, Glen Eira or Kingston but we aren't limited to those areas. You will be responsible for the financial supervision of BCER. The services are required of a person to co-ordinate the cataloguing and filing of photographs donated to the Macleay River Historical Society. The person will also be responsible for the maintenance of our collection of over 60,000 historical photographs and records associated with these.
