Telelink Connectors and admin support volunteers help support one of the longest running programs to assist people that are blind or low vision to live the life that they choose. The Telelink program provides special interest group discussion's for blind and low vision people all the way around Australia to interact with one another via phone with a volunteer facilitator. The connection volunteer is charged with connecting the groups on a regular connection schedule.

Down Syndrome Queensland (DSQ) is organising for our young adults with Down syndrome to attend our Challenge Weekend Camps throughout the year and require volunteers to assist us with this event. If you have experience in designing store layouts and visual merchandising displays to maximise customer experience and sales potential, we’d love to learn from you. We also have an online store front which we are in the process of redesigning on top of doing a merchandising refresh with brand-new branding thanks to our design partners.

Ideally, you could help us put together a basic social media marketing plan and work with our graphics team to develop a range of social media templates. This could be an initial consultation or an ongoing opportunity.

We are excited to be expanding the Sir Donald Bradman research library collection with a donation of a significant personal collection in 2024. We are looking for someone to assist with the organisation and cataloguing of this new collection. We are also looking for assistance with the establishment of research library loan partnerships and processes within our broader library network and research librarian services on an ad-hoc basis.
