About this opportunity
Key duties
- categorise and catalogue books into our research library
- type details of book into library catalogue
- help answer questions about the library collection (e.g. helping a researcher search for a particular topic/book).
- support the development of a loan sharing system with other libraries
- help increase the accessibility of the library
Skills/experience
- familiarity with using a computer
- experience working in a library or administrative environment
- attention to detail is a must

Time Required
We'd love to hear from you if you can provide a day or more as a one-off, or few hours of assistance per fortnight. Commitment is flexible around your needs. A minimum commitment of 6 months is preferred; however, we are also accepting volunteers who can volunteer on a one-off basis (e.g. to help with the initial cataloguing of part of a larger collection).
