We are looking for an executive assistant to be the supportive force that empowers our senior leadership. The ideal person for the job will be a energetic problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a knack for detail. You will preferably have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties and providing support to management. Given the changing nature of the executive volunteer landscape, we rely on our assistants for high flexibility.

PCYC Queensland’s Braking the Cycle program supports young people to complete their mandatory 100 hours of supervised driving in a safe and suitable vehicle with a volunteer mentor. The vehicles are kindly donated by the community. Volunteers required to assist with transporting the Friends of the Community Food and Coffee vans to venues and events then returning to them to their headquarters in Spearwood. All funds raised are all returned to the community through Aged, Disabled and Disadvantaged.
