for parkrun - Recreation
Everyone is welcome to volunteer at parkrun events. We have heaps of fun, simple and rewarding opportunities to lend a hand for one to two hours on a Saturday morning at parkrun events across Australia. No training is required, roles are fully supported on the day and you can take part as often or as little as you would like. You can volunteer as a marshal, timekeeper, photographer or try your hand at scanning barcodes and handing out tokens…..to name a few of the roles we have available.

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us sell 50-50 Charity Raffle tickets at upcoming Cowboys home games at Queensland Country Bank Stadium. This important volunteer role will help the Cowboys Community Foundation raise vital funds needed to deliver education-based programs across North Queensland, including NRL Cowboys House. Interested in watching fast-paced cycling events? We organise regular club and state-level cycling races throughout the year in the Peel region south of Perth. We run criteriums in summer and road races in winter. Our road race events are conducted on open roads and require Traffic Management Plans and approved Traffic Controllers. We need marshals to assist with competitor safety on corners during races and near the finish line.
