Barnardos Australia is excited to announce our inaugural fundraising art show will be happening on Thursday the 16th of May. The theme of the show is 'Fearlessly Optimistic' which embodies the unrelenting passion of Barnardos. We are calling on volunteers who want to be part of this exciting opportunity to work across a brand-new fundraising event for Barnardos Australia. Toy Library assistance in one of the most cultural diverse suburbs of Sydney. Helping parents and grandparents who care about their children's education. Contributing to the early development and settlement of children under 6 years old. Helping them reach the important milestones before attending school in a fun and inclusive way. Some of our members have children with special needs.

Treeby Community Playgroup are looking for a volunteer to promote playgroup engagement, by encouraging learning and as well as fostering and strengthening relationship between parents and children in the community.

The Hedland Homeless Breakfast Program is an essential service operating Monday to Friday 7.00am-9.30am at the South Hedland Sobering Up Centre in South Hedland. New Homeless Breakfast Program volunteers are always most welcome! Volunteers of any age accepted (even under 16yrs).

As a Toy Librarian you will be required to oversee the borrowing and returning of toys, ensuring they are maintained in good condition and working order e.g. cleaning, changing batteries etc and assisting with the general 'smooth running' of the Library.
